Magelo is a free information service. It helps you find and compare consumer tech products and shows offers from partner shops. Magelo does not sell anything: when you buy, you buy from the shop, under the shop’s own terms, prices and return policy. There is no contract of sale with visseo.

Recommendations, comparisons, summaries and product pages are written with the help of artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete or wrong. Prices, availability, shipping costs and specifications come from the shops or are summarised from public sources and can change at any time. Always check the details on the shop’s page before you buy. Magelo’s answers are suggestions, not professional advice.

Links to shops are affiliate links: if you buy through them, visseo may receive a commission. Your price stays the same. Magelo compares a selection of partner shops, not the whole market. Commissions never influence which products are recommended or in which order offers are shown. How Magelo ranks is explained on How Magelo recommends.

Use Magelo for your own, lawful purposes. Do not overload or attack the service, do not collect its content automatically (scraping, bots) and do not use it to send unlawful, offensive or other people’s personal data. We may limit or block requests that break these rules.

When you share a result, Magelo stores your question and its answer under a link that anyone with the link can open. Do not put personal data in questions you share. Shared links are deleted after 12 months; we may remove a link earlier, for example if it contains personal or unlawful content. Ask us by email to delete one.

Texts, design, the Magelo name and logo and the Mister Magelo character belong to visseo. You may share links to Magelo and quote short parts with a link. Product names, brands and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe products and shops.

We take care to keep Magelo accurate and available, but cannot guarantee this. To the extent permitted by law, visseo is not liable for decisions you make based on Magelo’s answers, for prices or information from shops, for third-party websites or for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may change Magelo and these terms. The current version is always on this page.

Belgian law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes are handled by the courts of Antwerp, unless the law gives consumers another court. For out-of-court settlement you can contact the Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be).
